I can't pay my bill

I can't pay this bill. I'm homeless. I was evicted from my house in January and I was in a Psych Ward for about a month and couldn't work. I was at a Warming Center where I slept on the floor for 2 weeks and hardly showered because there weren't any showers there.
I'm at a shelter now and can't work because I have a SEVERE mental illness. Basically, I've hardly been to work in a few months. I wasn't sure where I was going to sleep or eat.
I've had internet on and off for 2 days. It was fine yesterday afternoon and night and early this morning. Then it happened again. I must called Verizon a half dozen times this morning alone. I called 4 different phone numbers and it led back to the same thing, Verizon Financial Services. I got NOWHERE using my 5g phone. I used my flip phone and got through twice. They told me my service is suspended even though I'm on the internet right now.
I have a payment arrangement due on May 23 and June 7 but apparently that's not enough. I was under the impression I'd have until May 23 before I get shut off.
Verizon has been awful to me. They've shut me off when I've had more time to pay the bill. I got shut off on 12/31/22 and called that Monday and were able to suppress the account and turn me back on. Why didn't they tell me that on 12/31/22?
Plus, at first I purchased a 4g phone and spent over 200 dollars on it. I chatted with 6 different people on that day because the apps would freeze and my internet would buffer.
Turns out when I went back to the Verizon store, I was told that the phone is old and shouldn't have been sold to me. Got no refund at that time.
I was EVICTED from my home in January of this year. I lost my mom 5 years ago, I lost my home, my photos and Momentos, EVERYTHING is gone.
I spent time in a Psych Ward for about a month. Then I slept on a floor for 2 weeks. Now, I'm at a shelter. I have no money because I haven't been working and I have a SEVERE Mental illness which is why I can't drive and have SEVERE Anxiety and stress over public transportation.
Can you or anyone help me at all???!!
