I placed an order on Verizon.com for TWO- $200 Verizon Gift Cards total $400 on 10/4/24, received the order on 10/7/24. When I tried to use the gift cards BOTH of them say "The Gift Card Number or the PIN used is invalid. I've called several times, been given several ticket numbers, hung up on, transferred to the wrong department told on 3 different calls that this matter would be resolved AND it has NOT.
