So I have applied to lifeline through their website - a resource for low income folks who need help paying for internet or mobile ( or both ). I qualified for lifeline pretty quickly and was asked to pick my service - Verizon is listed.
I was. Told to call Verizon to let them know this was all approved and good to go. I have been calling for months and still no discount - can anyone help me out here
