I have decided to go to t-mobile or another company in July. The only person that has been at all helpful at Verizon over the last 3 months has been Casey from Executive escalations. Every time I call in the agent I speak with either doesn't even understand what I am asking about, or they straight up lie to me about what they are doing. It happened again today. I call in to ask about my payment arrangement, and they had put two on file for the same day. I asked the person on the phone about it, and they were less than helpful. Also remember this: If you make an arrangement for any amount DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS TOWARDS THAT AMOUT BEFORE THE ARRANGEMENT DATE. For example, if you own 360 and you set a date for that payment. Then before that you make a payment of say 60.00 towards that 360, it will not let you lower the arrangement amount. You will STILL have to pay the 360 on the arrangement date set. This is backwards and no other company does this.
My question would be this: Why do you do things that do not actually help the customers Verizon?
