Payment investigation

Here it goes over 2 weeks and still nobody has come to me to provide or give me any dang updates about this dang payment investigation of me being charged over dang $500 for some dang returned equipment that was returned way in February and somebody gonna had the dang nerd to charged me for it a couple of weeks ago and no dang refund has began yet at all, and the dang payment investigation suppose to gotten resolved, process and investigation within 5 to 7 days and I suppose to been getting that dang refund back as I dang provided the card information of the card that that $500 plus dollars was stolen off of by someone of this no good cellphone company that I cannot understand 1 bit to do something like this to me, and I did not give consent of approval for anyone to do that as I had got a dang email stating we will attempt to process a payment, and I did not have automatic payments enabled neither nor did I even give anyone any authorization to do that at all as Verizon loves to steal money from me I see it that way

Nope I am not getting the update I am looking for and sorry to say this but a number transfer PIN has been generated for my number to be ported over from this company to a different wireless carrier later on this week uh huh sure have been generated, the ticket for the payment investigation is closed and is not updated to what I wanna hear about giving me that refund back
