I signed up for Verizon the agent gave me a credit told me “you don’t have to pay your bill for six months. Dec 2 they over drafted my checking account 401 dollars plus I got a 35 fee from my bank I have been trying for fight the charges I filed claim after but now they told me I am NOT getting my money back. Verizon lied to me over and over again. I filed a complaint with the FCC. Now I don’t have any money for presents for my kids. I wasn’t able to pay all my bill too because of they are liars. Some as I can found another cell company I will be switching plus I am going on ALL my social networks and tell my friends and family not to switch to Verizon thank you for messing up OUR Xmas. This company DONT HONOR THERE CUSTOMERS
