Promise to pay but still got my account suspended

I make a promise to pay but still you guys got my account suspend it and I even cant call to ask because I just got the automated messages, can someone please  provide support, I cant even call and the promise to pay inst no supposed to protect our accounts from suspension

manu201, we understand that sometimes, life happens and making the payment to your account may need some additional time. Help is here. When an account is past due, making a payment arrangement is always a good thing, but we cannot guarantee service unless you speak with one of our Financial Services experts. Also, if there was an existing payment arrangment that was not met, we cannot guarantee the service will remain active.
