My iPhone 14 Pro Max crashed back in June and I needed a new phone. Luckily I bought the insurance on it. Used said insurance and got a new phone. Went to Verizon with both phones and had them transfer my stuff over from my old phone to the new one. They said it was going to take about two hours and said I could leave and come back to pick everything up. Came back and they somehow lost the shipping label I was to use to send my broken phone back. They printed me a new label and said everything would be fine. Verizon charged me $1100 for the phone even though I called in with the tracking number and assured me I would not be charged. I have asked for a refund multiple times as it shows the phone arrived at the warehouse on July 3rd. They keep telling me I will get my refund because they were able to verify that the phone did indeed make it to the warehouse. Iโve been dealing with this since September 2023. I am actually getting ready to head to the store now for the 8th time to try and get my money back. Do better Verizon. Time to contact the American Arbitration Association as a first step if I donโt get MY money back today.
