I have been waiting on 2 separate refunds a couple months apart. I have put in numerous hours on the phone with VZ and talked to multiple agents via over the phone, Chat and even Text messages all ended up opening tickets and within a few days getting told the same thing 24-48 hours and your refunds will be put to your card on file due to my \ original banking payment method being closed. I waited patiently every time the days they said to wait and here I am for one refund going on 4 months now no refund and the 2ns refund almost 2 months. I was even told to go to the original store I was to pick up the devices and before they even looked up my account or anything to do with my account they denied me any help as far as I am concerned and said they cant help me in anyway so I get back on chat recently and am still going through the same issues. I have been with Verizon 4 months and since I been here it has been the WORST ever for me in all aspects of my life.I just want my refunds so I don't get put out of place and 2 so I can go on living my life without these stressors in them. I was referred to VZ by a friend and I am starting to regret it horribly.

Check your payment method, to see if the refund has been applied. Ensure your order is displaying canceled and returned in My Verizon. If something is lost in shipment, contact us so that it can be reported.
