Re-joined Verizon wireless after a decade.
Traded-in four iPhone 12 Pro Max/iPhone 11 Pro for iPhone 15 Pro series. I experienced no signal reception/battery drain issue on one line as i posted about it previously. Signal issue is still remain, btw.
So, per CS representative, after multiple troubleshooting, I had to re-order a new iPhone 15 Pro Max and paid sales tax again.
Received a new one about a month later, send previous one back to their warehouse at TX. During troubleshooting back in September, I found a free AirPod (2nd Gen) promo from its website (New wireless customer who currently using Fios) and asked, they said I have to use wireless in a certain amount of time before request and will received a redeem code.
I asked them whenever I have a troubleshooting session and they confirmed. It's Dec 15th., 2023, still they charge me new device installment, no tax refund, no AirPod update so I had a chat with them.
The bottom lines are;
1. The representative told me that I would receive trade-in credit from next bill include holding credits.
2. For sales tax, they don't refund unless a customer didn't use the device. But she can offer me $30 credit.
3. For AirPod, the promo is expired so I won't get one but she can offer me $20 credit. Actually, you didn't have to wait a redeem code, we don't have it. You just needed to process a purchase. (Kidding me???)
I have most of chat histories but she just can't do. The last interaction with them was a phone call so she told me to call them back to dispute above issues that they might have a solution for me.
I just refused these credits. So far, except this time, all of them promised me it will happen just need to wait then today, they told me nope, you won't get any but petty credits as you suffer in mean time? How is it possible with such a giant company like Verizon?
What can I do from here? Anybody can suggest any for me?
