Service Interrupted after Payment Arrangement

I am beyond  frustrated and exhausted with Verizon. First you charged my bank account two times without authorization . Then you just interrupted my service for a second time after I spoke with two representatives and setup an arrangement.  

 

Why are we not able to speak with someone LIVE after you interrupt service!?!? This is beyond frustrating!
