Service disconnected

Absolutely the worst I have had to deal with the past 7 weeks. Have spent hours on phone and given confirmation numbers to them and they still say I have a balance reported it to the credit bureau and shut my service off. Every note from every call shows they told me I was good and yet here I am. As a disabled veteran, all military members need to avoid them.

not sure on the phone with Verizon again right now as I am stuck in Clovis New Mexico with no service for the past 16hrs after they told me they turned it back on at 1500 yesterday. So me and my service dog are stuck and no one can call me so my family has no clue whatโ€™s going on

Also they just told me I have to pay even though i did everything I was told. So I am done. Absolutely will ensure inform the Va and every military member not to use them
