So my bill was do on the 7th of January and I made a payment arrangement for the 15th which was accepted but I had cancelled to see what the other option was …it was not made clear that going back would cause me to be unable to make another payment arrangement t…now it says the full amount is due on the 7th …today is the 6th and service has already been cut off a day early. I would like to keep my original payment arrangement of the 15th which I did not mean to cancel but I’m but just being told no can someone there please help me to keep my initial payment arrangement ?

It just asks for a credit card that number… it is very hard to reach a person and the machines cant help with this
