Service interruption

Hey, I tried to update my payment arrangement the other day, and I couldn’t and I couldn’t get ahold of a human and then my service was interrupted so I went in person to a store and it was an awful experience and I can’t get in touch with a human; I pay over 500 a month, and I’m just trying to speak to a human being, customer for over 10 years and to be hung up on in the store by a physical customer service agent hanging up her phone I was talking to financial services on and then basically being told that hopefully nothing bad happens where you need to get in touch with someone was awful.
