I'm sorry service is interrupted at the moment, and it's impacting you using your phone. When your account is past due, we encourage you to make a full payment via My Verizon or one of our other payment methods to bring your account current. If you want to discuss arrangements due to your situation, the best way to do that is to speak with our Customer Financial Services team. You can reach out to my colleagues in the Customer Financial Services team, to discuss this further. They can be reached at 866-266-1445 and are open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern on Sundays. They can be reached via mobile or landline.
Iโve found if you have trouble trying to get connected with them, itโs best to call from a landline. That way, if itโs asking for automatic payment of the balance, you can avoid it by calling from another number.
