Verizon is very hard to work with now. I been a customer for over 15 years. Price keep going up as customers service is going down. I ordered an Apple IPad in standard glass but I decided to go with Nono glass instead. I sent same day it got delivered. Now Verizon is just dragon there feet to give credit back and so I can use my financing so buy a new tablet.
