I noticed that the auto pay discount was removed from my billing cycle from June 14 to July 15. As a result, my bill was higher than expected.
I would like to request a $20 credit for this billing cycle to ensure my bill can be paid in full without incurring any late fees.

Sorry to hear your autopay got removed; hoping your request will be successful. If you missed a payment for some reason, the system cancels your autopay and then you're not eligible to sign back up for autopay for 6 months. So you might have to call about this every month until you're eligible to sign back up for autopay?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

This is not the case, I didnโt miss a payment and Verizon Wireless owes me a credit of 20$. How can we work together and proceeded forward to get this remedied?
