Suspended After Making A Payment Arrangement

My service was suspended after making a payment arrangement with no warning at all. There is usually a text message and/or email sent. A representative also assured me that there will be a warning. Looks like this is the new norm with Verizon. As soon as I get this resolved, I’ll be leaving this company. Misinformation that causes the customers to suffer. Representatives have no training at all. They will tell you they did something and it’s never done or even noted on your account. They don’t follow up as they promise to. They say they escalate an issue and you never hear back about it only to find out it was never created. They lie to get you to become a customer, and get the sale. This is insane!!!!!
