Verizon Credit Card Rewards Not Calculated Correctly

The reward $$ I receive every month is usually about 40% lower than if I calculate it manually. I called about a year or so ago and got bounced around from Verizon and Synchrony. No one could help me even though they acknowledged that the amounts were off.

Does anyone know who I can contact to get this resolved?

Hello, twiz0r, I'm sorry to hear you're running into an issue with your rewards not showing correctly. We can definitely understand this is important to get corrected ASAP. I know you mentioned you have been able to reach out to Synchrony and Verizon in reference to this issue. To get this corrected, please reach out to Synchrony so a rewards tracker form can be submitted. That way the issue can be investigated and corrected for you.
