I pay for my phone monthly as many people do. I pay it on time every month never missed a payment. I go to check my credit score today and it dropped 110 points saying I am missing $1396. It currently says that I have payed off zero% of this and I am just wondering why it keeps asking me every month to pay all of it off because I haven't "payed" any of it. I am just wondering how do I get rid of this charge on my credit when I am paying this off monthly on time and the correct amount.
We want to provide some guidance on this situation. Have you had service with Verizon previously, aside from the service you have now? ~Peter
Yes I called a few months ago saying that I have a outstanding balance even though I pay it off every month on time yet it still keeps popping up.
