Verizon is very hard to work with now. I been a customer for over 15 years. Price keep going up as customers service is going down. I ordered an Apple IPad in standard glass but I decided to go with Nono glass instead. I sent same day it got delivered. Now Verizon is just dragon there feet to give credit back and in finance too.

Verizon is ripping off their customers with a CH auto debits and if one payment doesnโt work, they charge you a $25 bounce check fee which kills somebody like me who is medically disabled, and on a fixed income I hate the company already
