I was just notified by Experian that Verizon Wireless has reported that I have a "Major Derogatory" account of $147. This is the first I've heard of it, so I immediately checked my account online. I have a $110 CREDIT and no outstanding bills or money due. Experian was able to tell me that the bill is dated 4/4/23, and that is when we switched from T-Mobile to Verizon.
I've tried calling multiple times and of course can't get through to anyone to help. If anyone has advice, please let me know asap. I have a strong credit score and do not want an inaccurate bill to impact it.
