Wireless Account Suspended

Good morning.

My account was suspended over night and I am unable to make calls due to non-payment. I made the payment last week but the issue is that my phone number is somehow related to two accounts and one of them is not mine. I called Verizon last week and they we able to confirm the payment going to the account that was not mine and they opened a trouble ticket to get this issue resolved (Edited for Privacy). I have tried to call Verizon this morning and was hung up on, I have tried chat which is refusing to get me with someone unless I get my account turned back on by paying the amount I already have paid. I need to get this issue resolved now. This is not a customer mistake. This is a Verizon mess-up that has been confirmed. As a new customer since 12/2022, this is not a good start. Fix this or I will remove all services and go back to Boost Mobile.
