cant log in after diconnnecting service

I recently disconnected my service and cant access my bill. I have tried using user id and the log in to disconnnected account and nothing is working. I was signed up for paperless billing. How can I get in to look at and pay my bill? Can a representative email me a copy?

When I try logging in there it tells me my information doesn't match anything on file

That is odd. Please tell us a little more. Was your service residential/Fios or Mobile?

Your final bill is sent via snail mail.
As for the not being able to login once you disconnect service, I guess none of the methods which supposedly work do. Had read someplace that using your User ID worked but it obviously doesn't. Why Verizon reps continue to give us the link above, don't know. Could be that employees have enhanced access rights.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
