I have been trying to contact support to find out whats going on with my account because it is disconnected and since my service is disconnected im unable to reach any rep to resolve the issue!! I have only been with this company a little over a year and to be disconnected from even speaking with someone abount my account is far from ridiculousness and not fair!!! after 2 hours now im still unable to speak with anyone or get ahold of anybody!!! this is some sorry survice im getting and am about to contact my legal team since verizon doesnt want to contact me!!!
