A.T&T long distance charges on bill

 Hello,  So I'll just get right to it. I have been receiving A.T&T long distance charges for the last 4 months. I have  a bundle with Freedom essentials. This started when I moved 10 miles to a new apt. in Carrollton Tx. Each month I go through this with Verizon and then A.T&T. Back and forth on the phone. Verizon tells me they have taken care of the problem but, each month it's the same thing.  So I guess my question is. Why am I recieving this charges and how can I resolve this issue?

    

     Frankly, at this point I'm ready to switch providers. Thanks for any input.
