Also cannot access digital voice services

I'm having the same problem as this post.

I've had the "calling features" page bookmarked for years, and go there to check missed calls and block telemarketers. Tonight when trying to do so, I'm instead shown a page that says...

 

Alert. The account information entered is no longer valid as this account has been deleted; please verify your Verizon Online Username or use a different Verizon Online Username to access Fios® Digital Voice services.
 
I can still sign in to my account normally, but the section to do things like blocking numbers is no longer there. What's going on?
