Annoying calls

Hi:

I keep getting calls from {edited for privacy} at least +six times a day. Whan I pixk up the phone there is no one on the other end. If I try to call that number I gat a busy and the call terminates. This is very annoying and I would like it stopped how do I get this done?

Just set up do not distrub, all incoming call not in list, will be reject.
