Anonymous Call Rejection Active, not working over a year
It only took 32 minutes this time for supervisor Domonique to take my call and rudely tell me she cannot fix this problem. Her revenge, transferring me to the Spanish speaking portion of technical support. We have had a barrage of problems with Verizon and it's services, but this is the last straw. It's time to start contacting every state and federal agency responsible for dealing with this company. Let's see how funny Domonique thinks these issues are then.
