Billing question

First, let me say this site is as hard to use as the new Home page.  I still don't know where this questin will end up but maybe somebody at Verizon will see it & answer me.  Can you send me an E-mail.  I'll probably never be able to find an answer here.

My problem is I can no longer find any place on the Home page to pay for my Internet service.  I've looked all over for the past hour.  All I can find is my Home Phone acct.  If I click change accts.  it goes right back to thre home phone.  Any suggestions?

Hello cove2700,

While a Verizon employee may occasionally post here, this community is meant mainly for peer-to-peer support. If you need to talk to a Verizon representative, you should contact customer service directly.

What are your services?  I.e., do you have FiOS Internet, FiOS Triple Play, Double Play, etc.?  Do you have FiOS TV?  Do You have FiOS Digital Voice? 

Until you provide relevant information, it is not likely that any volunteer user here will be able to make helpful suggestions.
