I would like to have the late payment charge removed from my bill.  I was enrolled in auto pay but for some reason, it did not work last month, creating a past due balance.  I have no idea why it didn't work, and was not made aware that it did not work until today.  I have paid my bill less the late payment charge via credit card 10 minutes ago.
