Since I have downloaded the new Fios app, I can no longer block spam calls from the call log for my landline. I contacted Verizon via chat and was shown how to add each phone number to a list manually. This is ridiculous. Why does it say not available when I try to block from the call log? Under Call Features it shows that call blocking is activated but…is that the manual input? Anyone have any idea how to get that to happen again? I am getting up to 10 calls a day lately….don’t answer but they are a pain to listen to the phone ring. Nomorobo is obviously not working.
