Can no longer access landline voicemail

This started a few days ago. I dial in at 212-366-5055, hit # and follow the prompts to enter 10 digit phone number and 4 digit pass code. It comes back with "Sorry I did not understand what you dialed. Please enter passcode.". I re-set passcode through the on-line service and tried again. Still cannot access. Still getting same message.

can people leave you a message? If so, dial your home number and press * as soon as your greeting starts to play. It will then prompt for passcode.

Access number can change if you make a change to service.
