Can't Complete Nomorobo Activation

Been trying to activate Nomoro for almost a month but can get only as far as the simultanious ring step ... when I enter number I get and error message to the effect that they are experiencing tech difficulties check back shortly .. if problem persistists call tech # provided ... called both Verizon and Nomorobo but cannot resolve .. Verizon tech even remotely controlled my screen and encountered the same issue ... tried again today but now the Verizon site is malfunctioning so when I click 'manage phone' the page does not load ... very frustrated to say the least ... one last thing  .. don't see a log out button on MyVerizon page ... BTW using Windows 10 and have tried multible browsers

Thanks for your reply ... somehow the logout button has magically reappeared ... must have been a brief glitch or whatever
