Can't Listen to Voicemail Messages from FIOS Digital Voice Page

I am unable to listen to my voicemail message when logged into Verizon Services.

I get the following error message:

Application blocked by security settings

Your security settings have blocked n aplicantion from runing due to missing a "Permission manifest attribute in athe main jar."

When I click ok I get:

The application cannot be run
https://www36.verizon.com

Exception java.io.IOException: cannot find cached resource for URL

hi! sounds like verizon needs to make that app more secure so it can pass the java's default security settings....a possible workaround is to go to start, settings (or control panel), java, then click the security tab, then lower the setting and click ok...close all of your open browsers and then reopen the  fios digital voice page, and see if it works now....lemme know , ok?

I lowered the security setting to medium from high (recommended) within java.   The java player loads on the Verizon Voicemail page but when I click the play button I get the following error.  "Unable to Retrieve Voice Mail Message"
