I have a flat rate plan, originally only needed it for a fax. We moved our business and now it's long distance (only 10 miles away) but I can't send a fax. I tried to upgrade to the freedom plan and I keep getting:
"We're sorry, we are unable to continue your order at this time.
Please try again later or contact your local Verizon office for assistance."
Only after I was sent on a goose chase to even set up MyVerizon.com account. You'd think that upgrading would be able to be done in a heartbeat online. Very frustrating in the age of computer technology!
This is exactly why I switched my internet provider to comcast, no trouble what so ever for several years now.
I wonder if their site is malfunctioning or just set up this way! Arghhhh!
