Cannot Access Digital Voice Services

After years of using the voice digital services to view and block calls a few days ago it stopped working

and I get this alert:

The account information entered is no longer valid as this account has been deleted; please verify your Verizon Online Username or use a different Verizon Online Username to access Fios® Digital Voice services.

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Response times may vary.
