I have tried to report a landline outage on VZ website for almost an hour. Chat bot demands that I log in. I am logged in. I tell it as much and it wants to reset my credentials. VZ web site shows I am logged in. This is an endless loop of poor customer service. Anyone have a direct link to something close to a literate human being who might be able to help me?
