Change home phone number to wireless phone?

We are moving (out of State) and would like to switch our Verizon home phone number to our Verizon cell phone.  How can I do this?

If this can be done, it would be set up through Verizon Wireless. You would contact their sales office letting them know you would like to "port" your home phone to your cellular account.
