I have tried for the past 2 years to change the way my name appears on Caller ID. I have been bounced from business to technical support and no one can seem to help...I was told of several ways to do this...but nothing was extremely clear: Apparently I have to shut off phone service and re-establish it (?!) Changing the way one's name appears on Caller ID should be as simple as the rep. going into the database and changing it. Why does Verizon make it so difficult? I hope the company can remedy this issue!
