Having issues with humming sound on phone line. Verizon technicians have refused to do anything about it. I took several phones and plugged in out side, I can clearly hear humming on all of them. For some reason the humming isn't heard on the tech's test but set. Not sure why, and the tech wouldn't give me an answer. Anyone else experience this kind of problem?
