Digital Voice not Logging calls onto verizon.net call log

I  have the verizon bundle with all 3 services. I added another home line and they came out to activate the service. Everything is working except for the call log. For the new line that I added, it is not logging any calls onto my account. The main number works fine. I am able to see the new number when I log onto verizon.net but it doesnt show any calls. It does show vm though. I called verizon support about  5 times with still no resolution. Any ideas on how to  get this resolved?

Please make sure the dropdown box at the top of your call log is set to the number to want to view. If you have additional problems please send me a private message so I can directly get your info.
