Most places you call today that have a menu have an option to PRESS TO REPEAT THESE OPTIONS. It's almost essential really since after 4 options you may miss the one you needed. Is there a feature to press a button that we may says TO REPEAT THESE OPTIONS PRESS (?)
If not it's surely and sorely needed. If there's distraction or just forgetting what you've heard after about 4 options you'd have to hang up and call back just to hear them again. Please tell me there is this option somewhere? Thanks! Jack ":-D

I can't find anywhere in the manuals that there is this option. That's surely sad. Most folks listening to options by the time the 4th or 5th comes up they've forgotten 1,2, and 3. ":-\\ I wonder how hard this is to add? I'm sure it never will be done if there is not a hue and cry for it. Although if it was done I'm sure 1000's would appreciate it. So I suppose this is the end of this. But not resolution. Thanks! jack ":-D

Not sure what service you have. You can get user guides for voicemail by going to Phone under the support tab. User guides are on the left of the screen. The last section of the guide has a menu map that give all of the key option based on where you are in the voicemail system.

My plan is called VERIZON FREEDOM ESSENTIALS. Basically it has about all the options or most. I have 2 different manuals for that downloaded as PDF's, I'll check those. Offhand, I don't believe the option is there but boy I can't think of a more needy option that repeating the menu options. If you have the max amount of mailboxes that's a lot of box numbers to remember if you were distracted or forgot which one you wanted after hearing them all. Like I mentioned. You'd have to hangup and call back again just to hear them. But, I'll check. Thanks! Jack ":-D
