For the past few weeks there has been an echo on the line. Sometimes it is on my side and sometimes it is on the other person side. How can I fix this problem?

This has to be isolated to see where the problem is being introduced at. Test other phones in the house to see if they are doing it was well. If they are, then contact me back. If no, plug a working phone into the same jack that is echoing. This will prove whether its the jack or the phone.
