FIOS/Verizon has the WORST, but I mean THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. No one ever answers the phone, I get sent emails where the link doesn’t even work and then when I try and call I’m “unable to make a call because of the area I’m in” mind you I’ll be at home, on their WiFi and I use to be able to make calls to them and speak to them before and even then stuff NEVER got resolved with them. I just have never disliked a service so much in my life the way I do y’all. The WiFi is good, not the best but it’s good but your customer service, literally every single person employed by Verizon should take an etiquette class.
