Have not been able to get access to Phone Management at Verizon.com or the MY FIOS App. Voicemail, Call Features, Call History and ever other choice gives error message of "We encountered a problem while processioning your request. Please try again later"
Been on phone and chat with support for over 10 hours now and get same result! People ignoring the issue and not helping.
Each and every time having to start from almost the beginning to get the same results.
Now on on hold for hours with zero confidence.
Anyone know what the problem is?
