Why is the Fios Voice Phone Book web interface so slow?
I use the page at https://www36.verizon.com/FiOSVoice/members/AddContact...... to enter and update many contact numbers with information that appears on the caller list and is helpfull identifying return callers.
Trying to add new or update existing numbers is so painfully slow, that the function is now useless.
And there is no alternative in the MyVerizon mobile app.
I logged into my Verizon Fios account but can't find any phone book or contact area. ๐
