Today I received a message in my land line saying that "Verizon received a request to add an authorized user. Please go to and complete the registration. Please use this pin number (pin number was provided)." I didn't make any request like that. I called verizon customer service. They told me that some one called earlier today, and asked to reset my Myverizon password. Customer service represantative told me that I have to talk to Fraud department. I called the Fraud department, after waiting 45 minutes, I gave up.

It seems like some one tried to reset my online password to access my account. Probably I have to monitor my account closely in future for any change that I didn't authorize.

Is there any body else had similar experience? Is there anything else I have to do?
