So I got this email form Verizon on September 10th 2023.
Your Fios® TV request has been updated.
The process of bringing you the power of Fios TV is underway, but is not complete yet.
We're in the process of obtaining access to your building and estimate that service will be available to you within 6 months. We will let you know once we have any new information.
We appreciate your patience while we work to bring Fios TV service to you.

I called Verizon multiple times after the 6 month have passed, but now one knows how to help me.
Please Advise if you are able to.
