My My Verizon app says I never set up Fios Digital Voice voicemail. I set up voicemail in 2015, and it works. I want to access my voicemail on the app.

Can you access the voicemail messages by using the browser-based webpage? 🤔

No, it also says I never set up my voicemail.

Hmm...
Has a call been made to Verizon Repair to see if they can find something? If, not give them a try. Another option would be to reach out to the Verizon Business Office to have the account refreshed/updated. (This is something that is suggested when a subscriber is experiencing issues with certain aspects of their television service).
